Some discrimination scores are displayed in red and others in green+black. What is the significance of the colors? I searched but can't find an explanation.
What do you mean by "Discrimination Scores?" Could you please post a screehshot? (Just make sure not to show any student names.)
Do you use Turnitin? Are you perhaps referring to the little colored flags that Turnitin uses to show the extent to which a submission has been plagiarized?
In Quizzes, if you select Quiz Statistics, a Discrimination Index is given to each question. The Discrimination Index indicates how effective question may be by measuring how students who did well on the exam scored on that question in contrast to students who did not do well on the overall exam. Generally, a higher Discrimination Index value is better. But the significance of the colors is not explained and is not readily apparent.
