Word totals for discussion visable in speed-grader?

Hi - I am an instructor, and I typically use word minimums as part of the discussion requirements.  I see the word totals in uploaded papers, but I can't figure out how to do this with discussions.  A search of the community yielded posts that were not germane to my question (i.e., general discussion posts).  

Anyone got any insight on this?

Hi @sepvac - The Rich Content Editor, where students enter discussion replies, shows a word count at the bottom. I guess that you as the instructor would have to edit the student's discussion reply and then look at the word count. Does that help? - Jen

Within the SpeedGrader, you can click the "view the full discussion" link and then edit the reply and view the word count.
