I am not seeing any reports of troubles with submitting assignments on Instructure's status page:

What issues are you experiencing?  Although Canvas Community members don't have access to your school's Canvas instance or your specific courses, we might be able to provide some basic troubleshooting here in the forums.  Looking forward to hearing back from you!
