You would need to reach out to your teacher through whatever means they have given to you (email, Canvas inbox, phone, etc) to let them know you're having an issue. The Instructure Community here is made up of Instructure product users from around the world, but we don't have access to your specific Canvas account or instance, so it's impossible for us to answer a question like this about course content.
