Hello, my canvas has not been working. I've tried everything but still have no luck accessing my classes, a blank white screen appears.

In addition to the suggestion from @SubashParajuli about clearing your cache/history...
...there are some other things to try.
- Make sure that you are using an up-to-date web browser. Canvas works best using either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Also, take a few minutes to review this Guide: What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?.
- Contact Florida Atlantic Univerity staff who work directly with Canvas at an administrative level. This might be people from their Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education department. I navigated around FAU's website, and I found your Canvas login page which has a "Need Help?" link which might be useful for you: FAU | Single Sign On.
- Reach out to the Canvas Help Desk staff at Instructure. They might have some additional suggestions for you to try. How do I contact Canvas Support? - Instructure Community.
