checkpoints in discussions

Have checkpoints been enable in discussion settings? Can you choose two dates for discussion assignments. one for the original posting and one for the response?

Does that mean that it should be available to all users in November?  Also what is Q4?

I don't have an exact date...as I don't work for Instructure.

Q4 is Quarter 4 of the year (October, November, and December).
