The Instructure Community will enter a read-only state on November 22, 2025 as we prepare to migrate to our new Community platform in early December.

I cannot download any content from my course on my dashboard. I have an Apple Mac and nothing loads from my dashboard course.

I apologize that you're having trouble with your dashboard.
We might need to have you provide some more details on this as I am not quite clear on what the exact issue is....
lastly, you could always contact Canvas support, or your schools support team to to have them investigate this further.
