my folders are not popping up they are blank cards on my screen but they work fine on my app on any mobile device.

Sorry to read that you are experiencing issues with your Canvas Dashboard. I know that Canvas is experiencing some slowness right now, and you can always check the status here: Instructure Status. However, if this doesn't completely address your issue, there are some other recommendations that you can try:
- Make sure that your web browser is up-to-date. You can check this by going to What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?. Also, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are recommended when browsing your Canvas courses.
- Try clearing your browser's history/cache files. Close your browser once you've done this, and then re-start your browser. Log back in to Canvas to see if anything has changed.
- Reach out to Florida State College at Jacksonville's Center for eLearning. They may have some recommendations for you. I visited FSCJ's website, I found this page which has some support information under "About FSCJ Online" (click on "Support for online students is available..."): FSCJ Online.
- Contact the Canvas Help Desk staff. They may have some additional suggestions for you. How do I contact Canvas Support? - Instructure Community
