@MalakaiCromwell ...
Sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with accessing your courses. Most of the issues you've described are things that you are going to have to work with your instructor or someone from your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Learning department about. We here in the Canvas Community don't have access to your school's Canvas environment, so it would be hard for us to help troubleshoot what might be going on.
I would also recommend the following:
Keep us posted...thanks!
Both @Ron_Bowman and @Chris_Hofer are Canvas users and are trying to help you. They've asked the correct questions to try to troubleshoot alongside you. It's challenging because (like they said) we don't have direct access to your courses and account. Please be kind to those who are trying to assist, even if you are frustrated with the outcome. They really do want to see you get into your courses and be able to access the work you need to complete.What are the Instructure Community guidelines?
I was able to confirm that some of your 2022/2023 courses are published, so you should be able to interact with the content. Some were available starting August 9th. If you've cleared cache/cookies and tried different browsers, I think it would be great to email your instructors to let them know you're not able to get into the course. Communication is important! 🙂
Because you've likely explored different ways in which you can get the courses to work for you, it's time to connect with the tech help desk at your school. They'll be able to help you or assist you in creating a ticket they can escalate to Canvas Support.
sorry to hear that you are having an issue with accessing your courses. However as I stated earlier there is nothing that we can do explanation wise to help you.
You can try a different browser, clearing your cache to see if that works. Also, is this accessing the course from your phone or from a computer. if it is from a phone I strongly suggest that you use a computer instead. There are enough issue reported about phone problems that I would use it as little as possible for accessing Canvas.
As for your school officials not helping, that is not good. If your instructors do not know what to do, then they should put you in contact with the people at your school that are administrators for your Canvas instance. If they do not know what to do then they should contact canvas support.
@Malakai -
Sorry to hear that you are having issues accessing your courses on canvas.
This forum is a group of world wide canvas users that do not have access to your schools instance of Canvas. As other students before you, the help button setup is confusing as to where the question is going. Unfortunately a lot of times it comes here - where we really can't supply any help.
You need to get in touch with your teachers or your Canvas administrators at your school to help you resolve this issue.
