Hello @ALIADJEBLI ...

The library home page doesn't sound familiar as an "out of the box" feature of Canvas.  Do you know if Napa Valley College may have added that as a custom link to their Canvas environment?  That would be my guess, but I do not have access to your College's Canvas environment, so I wouldn't know for sure.
