Hello, I have a question. How can I delete a message that I sent to my professor as a reply to his message on my assignment? Additionally, is there a guide available for the various icons on Canvas? I have noticed a blue dot next to some of my assignments, but I am unsure of its meaning. It would be helpful if I could access a guide that explains all of the icons. Thank you.

Hi @cwgceo
I don't think it's possible to delete a message. Perhaps other folks here might know a way. Even if you did, your instructor may have been sent a notification about your message with the content included, so if you delete it in Canvas they may see it anyway. It might best to contact your instructor about any issues.

That dot indicates unread content in your course.
