I think you are going to need to speak with people at Ramco Institute of Technology to address the login issues that you are experiencing there.  Every school that uses Canvas as their LMS (Learning Management System) has a slightly different process to log in to Canvas.  So, most likely, we wouldn't be able to address specifics here for your school.  Hopefully, you'll be able to get support so that you can get logged in soon!  Good luck!
