moving multiple items from one module to another

Is there a way to move multiple items from one module to another.  I do not want to move all the items, but I do want to move quite a few of them.  Instead of clicking on the kebab for each item or dragging each item, I would like to move a group of them at once.

Hello @RobynBryce - while there is value in that feature suggestion, the ability to move multiple items at one time between modules is not currently available in Canvas.  The idea was suggested a while back and we can read about the use cases in the comments here: https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Ideas/Modules-Selecting-and-Moving-Multiple-Items-in-Modul...

As for workarounds, we can drag and drop module items. But that can take a while if there is a large number of items to move.

And there is also the Duplicate Module command but that seems like it would make everything get messy real quick. When using this, everything within a Module is duplicated, and then there is a lot of cleanup such as renaming the copied items, deleting items you do not want a copy of, deleting items you no longer want in the original module. For now, dragging and dropping seems to be the way to go.
