Hi @MaritzaPagan,

I found this old post while doing a community cleanup.  Sorry nobody answered your post earlier.  When this happens, it's usually because the device or browser are not updated or the device is too old to receive updates and will need to be replaced.  There is an article about supported browsers and devices that may be useful for you or others in the future.
