my dashboard wont open on desktop

my dashboard on canvas wont open on a desktop computer, but i am able to access it thru the phone app and thru the phone web browser.

Are you using an up-to-date browser on your computer?  Generally speaking, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome are going to be your best choices here.  You can find out more about browser requirements at What are the browser and computer requirements for Canvas?.  Beyond making sure you have the latest version of your browser installed and also clearing your cache/history (I'll provide links below), you may need to reach out to the Canvas Help Desk staff to see if they have any other thoughts for you or things to try.  How do I contact Canvas Support? - Instructure Community
