new Quiz Edits, going forward

Do all edits in any new quiz save to the course for future course imports?

Whether it is edited before publishing, after publishing, before students take, or after students take it, will it always update as the latest quiz moving forward?

This is not specified in the documentation, yet.

Yes.

Here's an example: I created a quiz. Later I edited it. Then my students took the quiz, and found an error in it. After most of the students had taken the quiz I fixed my error. When I export my course at the end of the semester, all the edits will be in the export package.
