past courses

I have found access to past courses but there is a class that I took and completed but I don't see it on the list. Is there any way I can gain access to that course again somehow?

This is a question that you'd need to ask folks at your school.  Usually, your school will have an Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education team of some kind that would be able to tell you their policies on accessing past courses within Canvas.  Hopefully you'll be able to connect with someone soon to find out this information.  Good luck!
