percentage of plagiarism

In my canvas my formative's didn't immediatelyshow the percentage of my plagiarism and it  is not working so please help me to fix this problem. Because of this my teacher could not check my Formative , So  can you  help me immadietly, I already connected with it supporter miss Shakhnoza but she also could not  help me 

And it is my teacher's comment "Dear Maftuna, resubmit your paper through Turnitin, otherwise I cannot check."

Unfortunately, Canvas Community members do not have access to your school's Canvas environment or any courses you are taking using the Canvas LMS (Learning Management System).  The best option for you, which you've seemed to have already done, is to work with your instructor to get the assignment re-submitted.  Sorry that we cannot be of more help here in the Community, but hopefully you and your instructor will get things worked out soon!
