I am on a desktop computer and have tried using Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Firefox.
All the videos in all my courses are now showing this message:
"Unauthorized" This video cannot be played on this domain
Please see attached photo.
I find it unlikely that all of my professors have made the same mistake during their upload, so I am certain it is a canvas issue.
Please advise.
Thank you
Hi @courtsech1234,
I'm not 100% sure about the Canvas environment at USU, but I manage both Canvas and the media provider for a different institution and I have an idea of what could be going on. Are you accessing Canvas by going to canvas.usu.edu, or some other URL? It may be that the URL you're using (usu.instructure.com) is not actually intended to be used and the media may not be configured to work with it. If that's not the issue, you'll likely want to reach out directly to USU Canvas support to troubleshoot this since it's likely to be something specific to their Canvas and integration settings.
Hope this helps a bit!
