reply deleted upon submission to Discussion form. Is there any way to get it back?

Upon submitting a reply to the main discussion of a form it was deleted. in other words the reply shows up as being posted but with no text. is there a way to maybe access the auto-save feature to retrieve the lost post.

Hello Ryan,

Thank you for contacting Canvas support. I'm sorry to hear that but if you have the ability to go back into your post it may prompt to reload previously saved, otherwise there is no other back log saved of this. Because it is entirely based on network connectivity, we recommend using a word processing app such as MS Word or even Notepad as that way there will be a copy saved if the network refreshes or drops for a split second. I do apologize for this inconvenience.
