This one is tricky. In a particular course, students have to complete four assignments between October and April. The catch is that different students complete different ones based on their rotation. We are trying to find an automated way to see who is where with the assignments. We do not want students submitting all four just before the deadline in April (they are supposed to complete 1 of the assignments after each rotation).
My solution was to download the class list into an excel file. Create a column for each assignment and then manual check the gradebook periodically to ensure students are on track.
