Is it possible to suspend accounts automatically after a period of 90 days of inactivity? I have a program which requires me to leave the accounts in case accreditors ever want to see test results, but these users are active for 1 term, then a certification test, then don't log back in. I can suspend them by hand to take them off my active users listing, but I wanted to know if I could automate the process.

Hi @BMET-Nate,
I don't think there are any built-in options for this, but if you are a programmer or have access to programmers this could probably be some by a pretty simple python (or similar) script utilizing the Canvas API.

Yes, you can automate it, even without programming skills using a free open-source workflow automation tool. I'll post an article in the Canvas Developer Group on how to set this up in the upcoming weeks, so stay tuned 😏
