I used the same email for my daughters account from 2020 that I am now using for my son. My daughter is no longer enrolled but my son is taking courses this summer. When I try to access summer discovery with my email and the password given I can only access my daughters account. Even after I logged out of her account I have no way of getting into my sons account.

If you're enrolled as an Observer for your children's accounts, there are a couple of documents in the Canvas guides that might be helpful:
- How do I view a list of all Canvas courses in which I am an observer?
- Why can't I access my student's course(s) as an observer?
The next step is to contact your son's teachers, administrators, or technical support team for access. Unfortunately we won't be able to provide instance-specific help in the global Instructure Community.
If you're not enrolled as an Observer but instead are logging in on behalf of your children, then I suggest going directly to the administrator or technical support team for help.
