trouble seeing all my tab and sandbox

Good morning,

I have difficulties getting all the tabs on my screen and the sandbox.  It seems like it is buffering constantly what can I do to have access to contents and my class? Thank you

Good morning, @MassabaDiop ...

There are some general troubleshooting things you can try on your own to hopefully get things resolved on your end:

• Check to make sure your browser is up-to-date.  I like to recommend either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as their browser of choice.  Also, it's a good idea to review this Guide: What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?
• Clear your browsing history/cache files.  After you do that, close your browser completely, and then restart it.  Log back in to Canvas to see if anything has changed for the better.

  • How do I clear my browser cache on a PC?
• Talk with someone from Prince George's County Public Schools' Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Learning department to see if they have any suggestions for you.  Or, if you know who your school's local Canvas administrator is, that would be a good resource, too.
• Reach out to the folks at the Canvas Help Desk.  They might also have some other suggestions for you.
