unsupported banner browser

I am a student having problems with canvas. A banner keeps popping up on my canvas and it says," your browser does not meet the minimum requirments for canvas. Please visit the canvas community for a complete list of supported bowsers." I have already updated my google chrome and have done the steps for " unsupported browser in canvas". I have already looged out of canvas and deleted my browser cookies howwever, the banner keeps popping up.

It sounds like it is time to contact your schools help desk. 

A few more things you could try would be:

• a different computer, if you have one. This would tell you if it's a problem with your computer or a larger issue.
• download a different browser, such as MS Edge.
• try restarting your computer.

There is a built-in browser check on this page that will check to see if you are using a compatible browser when navigating around Canvas.

Another browser you could also try is Mozilla Firefox.
