why can't I see my grades

I am having trouble on safari to view the grade page as well as on the discussion board when I try to post it keeps saying loading replies.

Bottom line:  Safari and Canvas are NOT compatible. They don't work well together. They never have.

Try changing your browser to Firefox or Chrome.

In addition to Susan's comment, using an outdated Safari browser can cause these issues. There are two different things you could to resolve this:

1. Update your Safari browser
1. You can do this by going to your device’s System Settings and preforming a Software Update; you can view Apple’s update guide for more information
2. If you have an older device, you may not be able to update Safari, unfortunately
3. While Safari does work with Canvas generally, we get a lot more reports of errors on even the most up-to-date Safari version than we do with Chrome.
2. Use a different browser, such as Google Chrome
1. If you do not have it installed, you can download Google Chrome by visiting the Chrome website and following their guides
