re: required fields & expiration limit for tokens - The deploy notes say, "The expiration date cannot exceed 120 days for users with student roles. Users with Teacher, TA, Designer or Admin roles can continue creating tokens with no expiration date."

1. Is the day number configurable? Our security team may prefer a time frame shorter than 120 days. 
2. If a user has 5 enrollments at Student role but a single enrollment at TA role, does that mean they have no expiration date restriction?
3. Related to #2, is the check for student enrollments only for active enrollments? i.e. if a user had a TA enrollment in a now concluded site and their remaining active enrollments are all at Student role, is their token restricted to the 120 days?

Regarding the "People: Access Tokens Management" update which is now live...  It would be great if the ability to create access tokens was also available there for admins with the appropriate permissions.  Currently we have to act as the user to generate a token, which adds extra steps (and requires that admins have act-as permission, which is only available at the root account).  Adding that button here would make it more convenient as well as give us more freedom in which admins can create tokens (without making us give them act-as permission too).
