How do I share my portfolio with others?

How do I share my portfolio with others who are outside of Canvas, such as a potential employer or a graduate school admissions committee?

Is it possible to share only one particular folder in the portfolio? For example, I may have a portfolio of works from my MIS classes but a completely different portfolio of works from my ENG classes that I wish to share separately.

Hello @SherryELusk 

I am not totally sure if you are referring to the student ePortfolios created from within your Canvas account, or the Projects you can create on Portfolium. I will provide you with documentation for both platforms. 

If your trying to share an ePortfolio that is private, you can easily generate a link that will give other access to view your ePortfolio without having to log into canvas. HERE is guide on how to do that. 

If your ePortfolio is public, it will allow anyone with the URL to view your ePortfolio. HERE is a guide on that and how to adjust those settings.  

If you are using Portfolium, You can easily generate a link or embed code to share. HERE is a guide on that process.

I don't see ePortfolios as an option under my Account button. I only see Folio, which takes me to Portfolium.

Do ePortfolios have to be enabled by the university system-wide for me to see it under my Account button?
