birthdate

Hi there, I cannot change my birthdate, which is very important because it says now that my birthdate is 22/02/2024 and it should be 22/02/2005. Now I cannot post anything or make it public because it says im too young to post something public. However I tried to change this date in the setting of my account but It doesn't work. How can I fix this ASAP?

Hello @imiana,

You can edit your birthday by selecting the dropdown menu next to your profile at the top of the page and select Settings.

I tried this but I cannot change the year. I can only change the day or month but not the year.

@imiana I recommend submitting a ticket to support@instructure.com to see if they can edit it for you.

Have you tried restarting your computer? If that still doesn't work, what about logging in and trying to fix your birthdate from another laptop or computer?
