The Instructure Community will enter a read-only state on November 22, 2025 as we prepare to migrate to our new Community platform in early December.

I am trying to use Canvas Capture in Canvas Studio, on a chrome browser, to upload a speech. I am using the fullscreen option, and I made sure that every option was allowed. On my screen I am presenting a speech with a Microsoft Powerpoint slideshow, and the camera in the from the screen capture in the corner. When I am finished with my speech it will not upload to the studio, and says it is unable to process. I have tried to restart my tab on canvas, and nothing has worked so far. If you can help me out it would be a blessing, thank you!
