Canvas Studio - recording lectures

I currently use Screencastify to record my class lectures, then upload the links on a Page for student access.  We now have Studio and I am trying to figure out the best way for students to view and for me to post my lectures for each module.  I created a test video to post on a Page but the embedded video is really big and I can't see my students scrolling through these really big embedded vidoes (each module has usually about 15 lecture videos).  My students like having all the lectures for one Module on one Lecture Page to easily find and scroll through the videos.  Does anyone have suggestions on how to do something similar with Canvas Studio?

Studio does have an online screen capture interface built into it, but in my experience, it is quite clunky.  I've used it a few times to create some short "how to" video demos in my previous role as a Canvas administrator.  There is an online editor where you can do some trimming of the video, adding in annotations to your video, etc.  The process to come back to editing the video later on is also somewhat strange and not real straightforward to get back to.  And, it's been my experience that you must be on the same computer to do any editing...meaning that you couldn't begin creating the video on a school computer and then edit the video on your home computer.  Finally, once you have completely saved the video to your Studio library, I've not found any way to edit the video again...so one would have to re-create the video all over again if you happened to find a mistake in it.  I'm not saying that you couldn't/shouldn't use this tool...I'm just saying there are some things to be aware of that might be good to know beforehand.

Thanks so much for your indepth reply!! I really appreicate it and your time to reply.  I guess my issue continues to be how my students will access an entire unit of lectures (that I do not want to make into assignments) easily.  Again, looking for something easy to post in one place, that is easy for my students to access.

For the lectures you have recorded using Screencastify, have you uploaded any of those to your Studio library?  You can then embed those videos into your content pages in your course.  Plus, you could enable the commenting feature below any of your Studio videos so that students could comment on any part of the video (similar to a discussion topic).  You can also get insights on your vidoes to see who is watching your videos and what parts they are watching.

From what I'm gathering, it sounds like you are wanting to add a bunch of videos to a single page within a module.  This may sound like a good idea, but I'd also suggest that this might not be ideal for those who are viewing your course(s) on a mobile device such as a phone or tablet.  Adding several videos to a page might look fine on a computer screen, but it would be a lot of scrolling on a smaller mobile device.  So, you might want to keep that in mind, too.
