Library Drop Down for Canvas Studio Media Not Working

According to this guide for Canvas Studio, when you are trying to embed media from Studio in a course you should be able to embed any "Shared With Me" content by clicking a drop down next to My Library. We have come across an issue where, despite having many items in the "Shared With Me" library, no drop down appears for us to click. Is there something we're missing or is the functionality broken?

Are you using Safari or Firefox?  Canvas tends to prioritize development in Chrome (and Edge, which is based on Chromium), so when features inexplicably disappear for our users, switching to Chrome always solves the problem.  It happens so much that I actually do not advise using Safari or Firefox with Canvas.

No, I was using Chrome at the time.

The comments in this post sound like others experienced the same issue and that a fix was deployed in Production.  If you are still having problems (and have cleared your cache), you may want to report it to Canvas Support.
