Some of my students are not listed in Studio Insights?

I have embedded video lectures in Studio, since my classes have moved online. However, when I look at the Insights to gauge student viewing, some of my students are not listed.  Just wondering where they went?

Hi, Melanie,

Students display within the analytics once they have viewed the page; Canvas requires students to authenticate into Studio before they can view the video. So it's a strong possibility those students have not even viewed the page where your video is embedded. You may want to reach out to those students and see if they've been able to locate the page and/or if they need additional assistance.
