How do I change my community email address?

The email address that is currently associated with my Canvas community account is going away, According to How do I update my personal profile information in the Instructure Community?, I should be able to change it be editing my email settings. However. when I go to the email settings page for my account, the current and new email fields do not display. Here is a screenshot of what I am seeing under Email settings:
Can someone please advise.

Hi @leward - The guide was updated recently so the "email" tab was no longer visible. That's not a setting that Community members can change, as it interferes with the SSO options you all use to sign-in. If you'd like to change the email associated with your account, we can help you do that. There are a few steps, but it's simple to manage through the inbox.
