Newest Discussion Board Updates

Over the weekend, Canvas made updates to our Discussion Boards. Now, when the instructor is in speed grader and chooses the rubric in "Traditional View", it covers half of the screen which in turn covers half of the DB post content. So the instructor needs to read a post, bring up the rubric, save it, get out of the rubric, and then go back to reading content. This is very time consuming! There is no way to resize it that I can see. I realize there are horizontal and vertical views for the rubric, but those are not easy to use. Is there a way to turn "off" these updates?

This is a known issue, and we are actively working on a fix. We will soon release the functionality to resize the viewing area to enhance the user experience.
