He estado experimentando problemas para iniciar sesión desde hace tres semanas, ya que al intentar iniciar sesión simplemente aparece una pantalla en blanco y la url cambia a una extensamente larga que inicia con "https://iad.login.instructure.com/?goto=https%3A%2F%2Fiad.login.instructure.com%...", sin antes siquiera darme la opción de ingresar mis credenciales para iniciar. He intentado de todo, borrar caché, modo incognito, borrar datos de navegación, diferentes dispositivos y conexiones, etc. Sin embargo, ninguna me permite entrar.
En estas semanas solamente he logrado ingresar, con suerte, dos veces a mis aulas, pero necesito arreglar dicho problema para poder seguir evaluando a mis estudiantes.
Agradecería mucho la ayuda.

Sorry to read that you are having troubles logging in to your school's Canvas environment. I am not 100% sure, but are you logging in to a paid Canvas environment? If so, your school's Canvas URL would look something like:
https://SchoolName.instructure.com where SchoolName is the name of your school.
If you are logging in to the free version of Canvas (called "Free For Teachers), then that URL would look something like this:
https://canvas.instructure.com
If you are logging in through a URL like in the first option (not Free For Teachers), I would highly recommend that you reach out to your school's Canvas administrator(s) or someone from your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education team. They would be the best ones to help you get logged in to your school's Canvas environment.

Buenos días. Utilizo una cuenta Free for Teachers, e intento iniciar desde https://canvas.instructure.com pero siempre se traslada a una pantalla en blanco y cambia la url a la iniciada por "iad.login..." que mencioné en la consulta anterior.
He utilizado todos los tips que me dió el asistente Panda, además de otros que se mencionaron en una consulta antigua de otra persona con el mismo problema pero no me ha funcionado ninguna. Realmente necesito ayuda para poder solventar este inconveniente.

Thank you for confirming that you are using the Free For Teachers version of Canvas. Have you tried clearing your browser cache / browser history? If not, you can find directions on that at How do I clear my browser cache and cookies?. Once you do that, completely shut down your browser, re-start the browser, and then attempt to log back in to the Free For Teacher version of Canvas.
If that still does not work, have you tried using a different browser? Generally speaking, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are good browsers to use when navigating around Canvas. However, I've also found that Microsoft Edge works on my Windows 11 laptop, so you might have success with that one, too. Intenté borrar el caché, las cookies, historial, verificar el no tener ad blocker, otros navegadores, dispositivos y redes de internet, pero de ninguna de estas maneras me dejó entrar en Chrome ni Edge. Recién probé en Firefox y he podido entrar una primera vez, pero realmente me preocupa mucho que se presente el mismo problema en Firefox.
Probé además las sugerencias de la respuesta anterior nuevamente y sigue apareciendo la pantalla en blanco.

Thanks for confirming that Firefox is working for you for the time being. If you do encounter issues with that browser as well, I would highly suggest that you reach out to Canvas Support to see if they can help you further. You can contact them by clicking on the "Help" icon on the left-hand global navigation menu. There should be support options for you there.

Hola , a mi me esta pasando lo mismo ,estudiantes no pueden entrar , les hice borrar cahe , los hice entrar con otro dispositivo, les dije que entren con otro navegador, que entren como incognitos y no hay caso no pueden ingresar.
