Excel Communication/Grade Log: Feedback needed

Good Morning, 

I designed an excel sheet to record each time the students log into the course, record their grades, and our communications. It's in the early planning phases but I would love some feedback. (updated attachment)

At first glance, it's full of confusing colors and letters, but like any new language, once You understand the hieroglyphics, you can read it! haha

I was wondering what you use to log your communication with the students and keep track of their progress in class.

Hi,  @rkslperez ‌.

I see that your first sheet (tab) has all Jane Does, but some of the other sheets have different names. I just wanted to point this out in case you did not mean to upload this.

 @rkslperez  Welcome to the Canvas Community, and thanks for sharing this technique! We've deleted the attachment because, as Nelson has observed, the tabs for the sheets that follow the first one reveal student information. Would you please share a new spreadsheet that redacts that information?
