I have been doing course enrollments for a course on a weekly basis for the last couple of years via the SIS import tool. Today I began getting errors when I click for the SIS import to begin. Apparently the issue is with my file because the error appears where I pick the file I want to import.
Pertinent information:
- I am using a MacBook Pro running OS Monterey 12.4
- I know that sometimes the format of the CSV file can cause an issue, so I tried saving with the three CSV options I have. One of those is not labeled, so that must be the generic Mac version. The second is UTF-8, and the third is Microsoft-DOS.
- The errors are 63957, 63598, and 63599.
Any ideas?
