[Campaign Messages] Display chart for voted options from Feedback portion of Messaging

Problem statement:

Our students are fairly active with providing feedback via voting and comments when they are targeted for a message campaign. We provide a post-campaign report to our campaign requester to let them know how the campaign did. Viewing the comments from the Impact Dashboard in a tabular view is troublesome when there's a lot of users who voted. I would like to be able to see a percentage of votes per feedback option instead of going through the tabular view.

Proposed solution:

In the Message Insights, under the Feedback section, provide either a pie chart that shows the percentage of how many votes an option got, or add buttons or dropdown that can help an admin filter the view to just display the selected voting option for review. This can immediately help an admin see the voted options and unique comments instead of scrolling through the table.
