[Campaign Messages] Polling/Survey

Problem statement:

Within the Impact messages, is there a way to get quick feedback (poll or survey) from students? We currently can get feedback on the actual message, but not on course/global information. We could use an external tool (survey monkey or Qualtrics), but I'm thinking of an item within the message.

Proposed solution:

As one of the elements for creating messages, could we create a feature to be able to add a poll or survey without having to link to an external tool. This would allow us to gather feedback from students or faculty on various tools or topics related to their courses or global information.
