[Campaigns] Include the Schedule Campaign option in the Edit Properties workflow

Problem statement:

This is not really an issue but a proposed improvement of the campaign workflow.

Proposed solution:

Include the Schedule Campaign option in the Edit Properties workflow. The chance of overlooking the scheduling is higher by keeping it separate from the other settings.
