[Reporting] Ability to Send Insights or Subscribe to Insights

Problem statement:
As an admin, departments reach out to me to request Impact messaging. I'd like to receive automated reporting by email on campaigns, messages, and walkthroughs at the end of their scheduled visibility or on a weekly/monthly basis. As an admin, my directors want me to provide LMS usage insights, I would like to forward or send weekly LMS usage reports to them by email. As an admin, I get requests from my IT team about student support needs. I would like to provide these individuals with weekly/monthly reports on support center usage.
Proposed solution:
Add the ability to subscribe to or send campaign, message, walkthrough, lms, and support insights to myself, or to others, at the completion of a campaign, or on a weekly or monthly basis.
