[Reporting] Apply Message Insights filter to Feedback and Comments
Problem statement:
When applying the start/end dates and other filters in the Message Insights page, it only applies to the graph. The Feedback and Comments section do not have an option to have those same filters be applied to them.
Proposed solution:
When an admin views the message's insight and would like to focus on specific dates/role/user groups, have it also apply to the Feedback and Comments section. Alternatively, put the same filter options for the Feedback section and the Comments section.
