Hi Community,
I have recently been attempting to set up an Impact Walkthrough using a Test course as a showcase for new administrators in our organisation. I have built a Walkthrough with several basic steps that provide a guide of the Course home page and assigned this Walkthrough to my Campaign. The Campaign I have assigned to the Test Course.
The first time I tested out the Walkthrough, it showed on the home page of the Test course with Success. Unfortunately, I have been unable to replicate this, and I have tried:
- Switching the Campaign on and off
- Reset the User Visibility
- Assigning the Walkthrough to both the Course AND the Campaign (which links to the course)
At various time, I am able to have a single Message show up when I assign the message to the course page, but not the Campaign (even though the Campaign links only to the course).
Am I missing something, or is there a more effective way to diagnose why the messages are not showing up on my course page?
