Multiple Fill in choices

I would like to make a multiple fill in question.   The question has multiple answers such as "Name three items needed to take a blood pressure"...the answers can be in any order

2.

3. 

Is there a shorter way to type in possible choices?   I have to type in all choices for 1, 2 and 3 which makes this very cumbersome

You don't say which quiz tool you're using, but you can check this page https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Instructor-Guide/How-do-I-create-a-Multiple-Choice-quiz-question/... for info on the Quizzes tool. If you already have the M/C options in a Word doc or a publisher's quiz bank, you can copy and paste the choices into the boxes.

I am trying to do a Multiple Fill in the Blanks....not a multiple choice.    Thanks for checking in.   I am using old quizzes...or Classic Quizzes.
