March Employee Spotlights

Mary ( @marynikols97) is an L1 support agent who’s been moonlighting as a Community intern on our Category team. She joined the team and hit the ground running, picking up our revision and review processes seamlessly. She is a quick learner and was ready and enthusiastic to help wherever we needed her. Her fresh perspective was incredibly valuable, as was her flexibility in adapting to the team’s many rotating projects. She was instrumental in helping finish up the massive Mastery Connect documentation overhaul. Outside of work, you’ll find Mary singing her heart out on a NYC stage.

Greydon (@greydon) is an L1 Support agent who jumped in as an intern on the Community Ops team. His ability to ask amazing questions helped a number of processes and projects in the Community. Greydon is methodical and truly understands how all the small pieces come together to form a big picture.

He helped a lot in the Question Forums and moderating the various user groups and resources. His most notable contribution came through his interest and skills in UX/UI design as we unveiled the new Known Issues space and made plans for updates to the Product Landing pages and our gamification strategy.
