Technology assessments can be time-intensive, especially examinations of institutional platforms. One size doesn’t fit each institutional use-case, and it’s not simple to build an audit from the ground up. Georgia Tech will share the experience of performing an exhaustive audit of digital credentials usage, suppliers, and platforms, and how a small group of stakeholders recommended an enterprise-scaled platform, Canvas Credentials in just four months. A starting point for institutions needing a step-up process through boilerplate spreadsheets to examine institutional peers, feature needs, and performing evaluation audits will be offered. Our audit workflow to incrementally and iteratively build to a final assessment will be shared.
