InstructureCon "Plus 1" Social Group Needed!

I've been doing the "conference thing" for decades and one deficiency I've always seen has been the lack of consideration for the attendee's "plus 1". This can be a spouse, friend, child, etc., and there are always a significant number of them.
My wife attended InstructureCon with me this year (as she has in the past with Bb, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.), and she likes to sightsee, shop and visit local businesses and attractions. However, she'd love to have other like-minded people to hang out with and share the experience.
I see this as an opportunity for Instructure to step up and show a bit of love to those that support those attending long days of sessions, demos and activities. It also provides a psychological boost to attendees knowing that their "plus 1" is enjoying their time in a new locale more than they would otherwise.
I'm sure this could be crowdsourced, but configuring an official Community space would go a long way to making it a reality.
