Currently, when students take a Mastery Connect quiz, the calculator does not provide a button for a minus sign and a separate one for a positive/negative sign, students must only use the minus sign for both subtracting and to indicate a negative number.
Is it possible to add a separate button to indicate positive/negative signs in addition to the already existing negative sign? This would be more aligned to what students will see on their Math STAAR 5th and 6th grade STAAR tests if they receive the accommodation to use a calculator during STAAR testing.
