When creating an item-authored assessment, the process to add a passage is time-consuming, particularly if the passage is in pdf format.
In Canvas, there is the option to upload a document as a link within an assignment or page. It would be great to have that option in MasteryConnect. It would save time and trouble for teachers who are already taking the time to create quality assessment questions. I understand that you wouldn't be able to use the screen reader feature for these passages. There could be a popup confirmation for teachers that clearly states that screen reader would be disabled when uploading.
